WHO IS EMILYYBAKES?

Emily is a Gold Coast-based cake artist creating individually crafted cake masterpieces for couples celebrating engagements, weddings, baby news, and all of life’s sweet milestones. Every cake is designed with intention, character, and a deep understanding of how meaningful these moments truly are.

But Emily’s business was born from something personal — after being diagnosed with coeliac disease in her early twenties, she found herself unable to share in most celebration cakes. So she made it her mission to build a brand where everyone is included. Every Emilyy Bakes creation is allergy-conscious and safe, without ever compromising on beauty or flavour.

WHY CAKES?

For Emily, cakes are joy in physical form. They’re part of the memory — the laughter, the photos, the moment shared. She loves receiving photos of clients actually enjoying their cake, especially the cake-cutting moment (“It’s meant to be fun — don’t overthink it!”).

Her philosophy? Celebration should feel good for everyone at the table.
