Emily’s journey into cake design began from personal experience after being diagnosed with coeliac disease in her early twenties and realising how often people with dietary requirements were excluded from celebration moments. From there, Emilyybakes was created with the belief that beautiful wedding cakes should feel inclusive, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone sharing in the experience.

Every cake is crafted gluten free without compromising on flavour, texture, or aesthetic, something that has become a defining part of the brand itself.
