Jo & Ricky’s wedding at Stones of the Yarra Valley was nothing short of a dream. Against the vineyard backdrop, their day unfolded with elegance, joy, and heartfelt tradition.
One of the most moving moments came during their ceremony, when their siblings stepped forward to perform rituals close to Jo’s heart. A lace veil was placed over Jo and Ricky, symbolising their union as one. A ceremonial cord, the yugal, was then draped in a figure-eight around them—eternity captured in a single gesture. Finally, together they lit a Unity Candle, representing not only their love but the blending of two families.
Jo was radiant in the Utopia gown by Oui the Label, paired with Maison Oui details and a delicate veil by Valery Bride. Her look was timeless and graceful, reflecting both modern bridal elegance and the deep significance of her heritage.
Every detail of the day was intentional—from the romantic florals to the candlelit reception—and every moment was beautifully captured, preserving a love story that feels as enduring as the traditions that shaped it.
