Shania & Logan

Shania and Logan’s wedding was a beautifully intimate celebration set in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, surrounded by their nearest and dearest at The Lakehouse Folk in Montville. Simple, timeless and deeply personal, their day was filled with soft romance, heartfelt moments and the quiet magic of celebrating love with the people who matter most.

After meeting in early 2024, Shania and Logan felt an instant connection. They shared the same values, the same dreams for the future, and a love for experiencing life together, from travelling to enjoying the small everyday moments. Along the way, they built a beautiful life together with their two dogs, Daisy and Poppy.

Their love story took another special step in March 2025, when Logan proposed during a trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. On a secluded beach surrounded by breathtaking scenery, he asked Shania to marry him, creating a moment that felt private, romantic and unforgettable.

For her wedding gown, Shania chose our Cicely dress, a gown that reflected everything she had imagined for her wedding day. Comfortable, elegant and timeless, it made her feel beautiful while still feeling completely herself.

Their wedding day was a true reflection of their relationship, intimate, meaningful and full of love. From personal vows to time spent with their closest family, every part of the day felt warm, emotional and beautifully true to them.

WHO PROPOSED AND HOW?

Logan proposed to Shania during a trip to Queenstown, New Zealand, in March 2025.

The proposal took place on a secluded beach, making the moment feel incredibly private and special. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Queenstown, Logan asked Shania to marry him in a setting that felt romantic, peaceful and unforgettable.

A BIT ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP

Shania and Logan met in early 2024 and felt an instant connection.

From the beginning, they shared the same values and dreams for what they wanted in life. They love to travel, share new experiences and enjoy both the big milestones and the small everyday moments together.

They also share two beautiful dogs, Daisy and Poppy, who are part of the life they have built together.

WHERE DID YOU GET MARRIED?

Shania and Logan were married at The Lakehouse Folk in Montville, Queensland.

Set in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the venue created the perfect backdrop for their small and intimate celebration. Surrounded by natural beauty, peaceful scenery and their closest loved ones, the day felt warm, relaxed and deeply personal.

WHAT INSPIRED YOUR WEDDING SYLE OR AESTHETIC?

Shania wanted her wedding style to feel simple and timeless.

Rather than focusing on anything overly detailed or trend-driven, the day was centred around classic beauty, meaningful moments and an intimate atmosphere. Every element felt soft, elegant and true to the kind of celebration Shania and Logan had imagined.

TALK US THROUGH YOUR DRESS

Shania wore our Cicely gown by AFTER FIVE.

When she tried it on, she knew it was the one. The gown made her feel comfortable and beautiful, while still matching exactly what she had imagined her wedding dress would be.

With its timeless silhouette and effortless elegance, Cicely was the perfect choice for Shania’s intimate hinterland wedding.

WHAT WAS THE BEST MOMENT FOR YOU AT YOUR WEDDING?

For Shania, the most special moment of the day was hearing each other’s personal vows.

It was an emotional and meaningful part of the celebration, and one that made the day feel even more personal. Spending the day with Logan and their closest family made the entire celebration feel incredibly special from beginning to end.

Shania and Logan’s wedding was a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful celebrations are often the ones that feel the most personal. From their Queenstown proposal to their intimate Montville wedding, every part of their story felt heartfelt, timeless and full of love.
