TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is Harrington Hill Pty Ltd, trading as AFTER FIVE Bridal & Formal, ABN 11 657 155 283, of 1/130 Kingston Road, Underwood, Queensland 4119.
2. The promotion opens at 12.00 am AEST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 31 October 2026.
3. Entry is open to all customers who purchase an eligible gown and pay a minimum deposit of 60%.
4. To receive one automatic entry, an eligible entrant must purchase a formal or bridal gown from AFTER FIVE Bridal & Formal during the promotional period, complete the applicable sales agreement and pay a minimum deposit of 60% before the promotion closes.
5. Entry into the promotion is free. No amount is charged above the normal advertised or agreed purchase price of the gown in order to enter.
6. One entry will be issued for each eligible formal or bridal gown purchased during the promotional period.
7. Eligible purchases include made to order and ready to wear formal and bridal gowns purchased from AFTER FIVE Bridal & Formal in person or online.
8. Bridesmaid gowns, accessories, veils, alterations, delivery charges and any other products or services are not eligible purchases and are not included in the prize value.
9. Purchases made before 1 October 2026 or after 31 October 2026 are not eligible.
10. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or incomplete orders are not eligible. If an eligible order is cancelled before the draw, its corresponding entry will be removed.
11. Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. There is one prize. The winner will receive the purchase price of the formal or bridal gown attached to their winning entry, up to a maximum value of $6,000.
13. The prize applies only to the formal or bridal gown purchase price. It does not include accessories, veils, alterations, delivery charges or any other products or services.
14. If the winning entrant has already paid for the gown in full, the eligible gown purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
15. If the winning entrant has an outstanding balance, the eligible prize will first be applied to that balance. Any remaining prize amount will then be refunded to the winner using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
16. The prize is limited to the actual purchase price of the winning customer’s gown and will not exceed $6,000. No additional cash, credit or payment will be awarded where the gown purchase price is less than $6,000.
17. The prize cannot be transferred to another person or applied to another order.
18. The draw will take place at 8.30 am AEST on Monday 2 November 2026 at AFTER FIVE Bridal & Formal, 1/130 Kingston Road, Underwood, Queensland 4119.
19. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
20. The winner will be contacted by telephone and email on the day of the draw. The winner’s first name and last initial may also be announced through AFTER FIVE Bridal & Formal’s social media accounts.
21. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a second random draw may take place at the same location at 9.00 am AEST on Monday 16 November 2026.
22. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are complete and correct.
23. The promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
24. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.
25. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
26. Personal information will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. It will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
27. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
28. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
